WEinspire 2.0

March 18 & 19, 2020, I volunteered for WeInspire 2.0, an entrepreneurship masterclass organized by Lustre Africa, founded by Mr. Tunji Ojediran. Passionate about entrepreneurship and committed to personal and professional growth, I saw volunteering as an opportunity to access specialized knowledge while contributing to the success of the event.

I was tasked with managing the event’s Twitter media account, ensuring timely updates, engaging both physical and online attendees, and amplifying the event’s reach.

I coordinated posts on the official event handle and my personal profile (@favourr_o), providing real-time updates, raising awareness among online participants, and facilitating digital engagement throughout the two-day conference. I balanced media management with active participation, while learning directly from entrepreneurship experts.

The initiative successfully engaged over 500 in-person attendees and a broader online audience. The experience strengthened my event coordination, and entrepreneurial knowledge, while reinforcing my commitment to collaborative learning, knowledge sharing, and youth empowerment aligning with SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
